This website stores no personal data. The contact form simply composes a message that opens in WhatsApp on your own device — nothing is transmitted to or kept by this site. The information you then choose to send (name, phone, email, request) goes directly to us through WhatsApp.
The information you send is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your messages are received only by St Tropez Security. They are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. WhatsApp's own processing is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Quote enquiries are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Two categories of cookies may be set on this site.
Strictly necessary cookies. These store only your consent choice, so that you are not asked again on every visit. They allow no tracking and are exempt from consent requirements.
Advertising measurement cookies. We use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These cookies indicate whether a visit came from an advert and whether it led to an enquiry. They are provided by Google Ireland Limited.
These cookies are only set after your explicit consent. Until you accept, the Google tag runs in denied mode: it writes no cookie and transmits no identifier. If you decline, that state is maintained.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google for display purposes. No cookie is set in the process.
This arrangement relies on consent within the meaning of article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@sttropezsecurity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
